Multichannel, special screening evening, 28 September 2008.  Work on display: 'Cabinet' (2006) by Tim Shore

12 July - 7 September 2008

Just world order is a curated group exhibition, originated by ArtSway, which will explore themes converging around identity and anxiety as we experience them in today’s society. The indistinct unease many of us feel living in the current climate of terrorist alerts and financial turbulence will act as a backdrop to a range of newly commissioned works that will examine how we relate to the world around us, and how we perceive our own individual place in that world.

The exhibition will feature the works of 8 UK based international artists: Dunhill & O'Brien (sculptural installations); Rachel Garfield (single channel video work); Charlotte Ginsborg (single channel video work); Jane Grant (sound and video installation); Ansel Krut (painting); Kim Noble (performance and installation) and Tim Simmons (photography).
