ArtSway Coaster Commissions 2009 - 2010

As part of its audience development work ArtSway has commissioned internationally renowned artists to design coasters for distribution in and around the New Forest. The first of these new artworks, by Bob and Roberta Smith, have been sent to pubs and hotels in and around the New Forest to encourage visitors to the Forest to seek out ArtSway. In addition they have also been sent to visual arts venues in the South of England. This project is part of a larger Grants for the Arts scheme funded by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.

The next Coaster Commission was produced in early 2010 by London-based artist Gavin Turk.
